Misrepresentation of the number of persons (including babies) occupying a room may result in cancellation of the booking at check in.
Reception hours: 7.30am till 9.30pm daily, if arriving outside of these hours please contact reception during office hours to make arrangements for the key.
Reservations cancelled within 48-hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation.
Multi-night stays that are cut short on arrival may be charged a further nights tariff if the room cannot be re-let.
If you do not show up, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Payment for accommodation is to be made on arrival. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Diners and EFTPOS. Charge Accounts by prior arrangement only.
We reserve the right to accept reservations that are subject to a minimum stay period. A request to reduce the length of a stay of an existing reservation may result in the reservation no longer being accepted.
Damage
Any damage to the room or property will be charged at replacement cost, plus loss of income charges if applicable.
